Refunds – Terms and Conditions
- In case of any issue of customer dissatisfaction with our products of quantities up to one kg.
- We will honor 'Returns' for up to Fifteen calendar days on the condition of customer declaration that the items have not been used in any way.
- The return postage will not be refunded.
- All returns (where there has been no mistake from our end) will be assessed at 30% restocking fee or a minimum of US$35. Returns not meeting the criteria will be refused for any refunds. Returns authorized beyond the Fifteen calendar days period will be assessed a 50% restocking fee or a minimum of US$60.
- Please note that items that are indicated as samples, special orders, final sale or liquidation cannot be returned or refunded. Please note that large sized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- We are absolutely in no doubt of the quality of our products however if not satisfied you can return them within 15 calendar days of their delivery at your doorstep. All we ask is that the products be returned in original packaging and saleable condition so as to enable us to receive full credit on the cost of goods (excludes shipping charges)!
- If an error has been made by us on a written order, we will happily bear the re-shipment costs.
- All errors arising from miscommunication on verbal orders will be the sole responsibility of the customer and they will be accountable for return freight. Please submit orders in writing whenever possible.
- All product returns require an authorization (R.A.) number. This R.A. number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Boxes without this number may be refused at the cost of the shipper.
- All returns are to be sent to our New Delhi office address. The declaration-cum-statement from your end - 'Goods Returning to Manufacturer' must be affixed/attached on/with all return parcels.
- All returns must be shipped by aerial route and charges will be borne by the purchaser who is returning them, unless it is the error at our end. (Please refer to Point # 5 stated above.
- Products that are returned due to quality dissatisfaction will be refunded or credited, however before that a quality control inspection will be carried out on the returned item(s) as per our ISO 9001:2008 specifications and that the purchaser will be kept under intimation of same. Likewise the cost of the return shipping will only be refunded if the quality reports of the returned item(s) are observed to be negative unacceptable.
- For the item costing less than US$10.00 (cumulative), there will not be any refund or replacement made for the said item. Instead, a 'Credit Note' will be issued to the purchaser which can be redeemed in the future purchase(s).
- Master G Alliance Private Limited, for any reason can take up to one (1) calendar month to process the Refunds or credits. From the date of receipt of credit memo issued by us on purchaser's e-mail, the purchaser will need to check with his/her financial institution the TAT (turnaround time) to process before the refund/credit appearing on his/her account statement.
